does anyone know how to make one of the round hat cockades? I was watching something about the french revolution the other day and want to try my hand at making a tri color cockade.

you can use tri colored ribbon and gatehr one side into a circle. and attach it to a button. Pretty easy. Or sew three pieces of colored cloth together and do the same.
